HOW DO I JOIN ORIGAMI OWL?

First I want to congratulate you on taking the first steps toward joining the best direct sales company in the country. I hope I can help guide you during this very important decision making process.

I really think that Origami Owl® has done a fantastic job of making this process very easy. Like many of you, I started out by doing my research. I Googled Origami Owl® the company and Origami Owl Living Lockets®. I wanted to make sure that what I was investing in was a reputable company with quality jewelry. Low and behold, I was very impressed with what I read. I then decided to research my start up costs. I started off by building my own Living Locket to see what that would cost me. As it turns out the locket I wanted to make was going to cost me about a $100 because I wanted everything on the website. So with that in mind I checked into the cost to buy the business package. Well for another $50, I could get a bunch of awesome jewelry that I might not of otherwise got, earn some extra cash to help out my children's activities fees and have an amazing time doing it. Well that seemed like a no brainer. 

To join Origami Owl® I suggest you first find a mentor. You want someone who is willing to dedicate some time to train you, someone with proven sales in the company, someone who is a leader, someone who shares the same goals to be successful as you and who wants her team to be successful. Make sure your mentor is a good communicator. You want to have your questions answered with in a reasonable amount of time. These are all key ingredients to having a great mentor. It didn't take me long to find an amazing mentor. My mentor Karen has helped me grow a strong team and she has made me realize my potential to be a leader. Also don't be fooled into thinking you need someone in your area. A good mentor can help you no matter where in the country you are located. 

After you pick out a mentor and "interview" them, it's time to join the most AMAZING company around!  This is where I start getting super excited!!! Log onto www.origamowl.com, on the top right there is a link to JOIN OUR TEAM, click on that and it will guide you step by step in the joining process.

What you will need when you go to join. 

1. Your mentors I.D. Number  Mine is 27972 ( the system will ask you to put this in)2. You credit card information to purchase your business package
3. Your social security number
4. An email address. I suggest you create a new one just for your business email. Mine is glitzylockets@gmail.com  but you could use anything that is easy to remember and to give out to your customers. 
5. You will also want to think about what you want to name your replicated website. That's the site that your customers will order from. For example mine is www.glitzylocket.origamiowl.com. When this is typed in a customer is directed to my site and I will get the credit for anything they purchase. You will want to think about this before you get started because it will ask you to make a site and it's not super easy to change it once you pick one. Many people simply use their name. www.karentucci.origamiowl.com. The system will tell you if that name is already taken. 

Once this process is complete you will be notified by email with a few more instructions and some information on how to set up your commissions and get your business cards.

Finally I want to encourage you to contact me as a potential mentor. I have a proven track record in sales. I have achieved top sales as a designer several months in a row. I promoted to team leader a little over a month after joining Origami Owl® and in November my team had the highest team volume, reaching over $10,000 in sales. Joint Origami Owl® and Scentsy event coming up!

Thursday Oct. 24th at 7PM

My friend Lisa sells Scentsy. For those that are unfamiliar with Scentsy,it is a candle warmer company founded in 2004 that offers various types of candle warmers, or wick-less candles. By eliminating the flame, Scentsy claims that they are safer than regular candles. The intent of these candle warmers is to release highly-scented fragrances that are mixed into bars of wax, without creating the obvious fire risk associated with the use of normal candles.

Lisa, knowing that I am an Independent Designer with Origami Owl asked me today if I would like to be a part of a combined Fall Product Premiere Party at Papermoon Vineyards in Vermilion, Ohio. I said OF COURSE I’d love to join her and show off all our beautiful products! We briefly discussed it and we think we will have a party together just in time to get those coveted orders in for Christmas! What a great idea! You can check off some of your Christmas presents in one shopping experience.  This is perfect for GUYS too! Guys…I know it can be hard year after year to come up with unique gifts for your wife or your mom…so why not get them a great piece of AFFORDABLE jewelry she would be proud to wear? I fell in love with this product the moment I saw it. My name is Kimberly Parsons, Independent Designer with Origami Owl. I am a mother of 2 beautiful children and a full time graphic artist in Northeast Ohio. I have only been with OO since July 2013, but in one short month I have became the top seller for my team and have had the best time meeting new people and being a Force for Good! With the support of my family, I have been making my dreams come true with this company. It also doesn't hurt that I love fashion and now have a reason to own every color locket Origami Owl offers!!!

Origami Owl tells a story and allows people to show their journey through a beautiful piece of jewelry. I love sharing that with people and helping people design their story or one for that special person.  I get to wear my story everyday!

I get asked all the time what is your story? My story varies all the time but currently I wear a large silver locket with crystals and inside is the inspire plate, the infinity charm, the wedding ring, a cross and both my children's birthstones. I often change out my charms to reflect the mood I am in at the moment. This is the best part about OO, it's interchangeable and CUSTOMIZABLE.You are never stuck with the same piece of jewelry if you want to change things up a bit.
