- When you finalize your registration and submit, you will reach a confirmation screen that includes your Designer number.
- The Designer number will serve as both login, and as password for the first use. You will be prompted to change your password on first login.

Origami Owl® Questions
We strive for excellence in every area of our business. If you are not completely head over heels in love with your new jewelry, you can exchange any unworn items. The exchange policy does not include Party Plan Design Specials.
Within 30 Days
You can choose to exchange the item or receive a refund, less the cost of shipping and handling if you request the refund within 30 days of shipment and the product is received at the Origami Owl Returns Center within an additional 7 days. Items that have been worn are not eligible for returns. Items not in their original packaging are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items that are damaged within transit, break prior to wearing; have a manufacturing defect or are missing from the shipment which are reported by you to the Origami Owl® Returns Center within 30 of shipment are eligible for exchange or refund if received in the Returns Center within 7 days of reporting.
Examples of manufacturer defect:
- non-functional clasp
- abnormal discolorations (beyond normal variations in natural stone colors or tarnishing from wear or time)
- jump ring or chain link that is not closed properly
- different from described length
- Epoxy (adhesive – glass or crystals are loose)
This warranty does not cover merchandise damaged through normal wear, accident or misuse (wearing in water, etc). Upon receipt of your order, please check it carefully for accuracy.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Handle with care: The glass on your Living Lockets is fragile + can break. Handle with grace + caution.
Avoid water: Always remove your jewelry before entering water. Living Lockets are not waterproof.
Polish: Our jewelry is made with real metals + will naturally tarnish with time. To keep it looking as good as new, gently run all pieces with dry polishing cloth in a circular motion until shine is restored.
Remove: Take off your jewelry when using harsh chemicals, applying beauty products or entering extreme heat or cold.

We accept the following forms of payment for online transactions: MasterCard, Visa + Discover.
At all of our in-home boutiques we accept: Cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, + Discover.

CAN A CONSULTANT BE A HOST?
You sure can! However, hostess rewards are reserved to incentivize individuals that are not Independent Designers to host a jewelry party and are not intended for Active Designers.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR BECOMING AN ORIGAMI OWL DESIGNER?
As an Origami Owl Designer, you have the opportunity to increase friendships, to earn a competitive income + to develop professionally. The basic requirements of becoming an Origami Owl Designer are as follows:
- Must be at least 12 years of age with a legal guardian signature (Please note that a minor cannot be an account owner, but can be on the account with their parent/legal guardian. It is important to understand that minors are not legally capable of entering into a contact agreement (Designer Agreement) and this is the reason they cannot be the main account holder)
- Possess a government issued Social Security number
- Be a citizen or a permanent resident of the U.S.
- Sign + submit a completed Designer Agreement
Consultants may order any variety of jewelry products from our collections at 30-50% off retail through their Origami Owl Back Office.
WHAT ARE THE PRICE LEVELS?
Most of our jewelry will sell below $25, which is much more cost effective than most of our direct selling competition. Unlike our competition, we will be offering a variety of unique and one-of-a-kind styles that cannot be duplicated. Origami Owl Jewelry is completely customizable and can be designed to suit any price point with charms starting as low as $5.00.
HOW DO I GENERATE INCOME?
Independent Designers may grow flourishing businesses by selling Origami Owl’s line of customizable jewelry at in-home boutique jewelry parties, events, through their personalized e-commerce website, as well as by mentoring others on how to share Origami Owl’s unique jewelry experience. We offer a very special, customizable product + the opportunity to earn money in a career that’s fun + flexible.
HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I EXPECT TO EARN AS AN ORIGAMI OWL DESIGNER?
The best part of a career with Origami Owl is that there are so many ways to be successful! The amount of money you may make as an Independent Designer with Origami Owl will depend upon many factors including your personal goals + the amount of time + effort you choose to invest in your business. As a Designer, you determine how many hours you would like to work. Many Independent Designers operate their businesses on a part-time basis with the goal of meeting short-term financial goals. Others elect to build their own business to the extent that they are able to leave their current job and focus their full attention to building their Origami Owl Business full time. Our Career Plan is designed to provide the correct path for success and incentives that will compensate you.
HOW MUCH INVENTORY DO I NEED TO PURCHASE AS AN ORIGAMI OWL DESIGNER?
The first thing to remember is that purchasing inventory is an individual decision and it’s certainly not a requirement for you to begin your Origami Owl Business. We always recommend that you determine what activity level you intend to pursue in your new venture and then, if appropriate for your personal circumstances, invest in a level of inventory that supports that activity.
As you contemplate your decision, you may want to consider some of the reasons why Origami Owl believes in maintaining an appropriate amount of inventory is beneficial. Our Designers enjoy providing customers, who build their custom jewelry, on the spot which certainly makes a case for instant gratification and instant cash flow. We also believed that having inventory on hand could help an Independent Designer feel more motivated and committed to her Origami Owl business.
Origami Owl provides a multitude of Company-published materials available that contain excellent tips aimed at helping your business be a success. You also have the opportunity to ask other successful Independent Designers, such as your personal Mentor, for tips and advice on selling Origami Owl Custom Jewelry.
HOW OFTEN DOES ORIGAMI OWL INTRODUCE NEW PRODUCTS?
In a marketplace driven by innovation, it is critical to stay competitive by introducing new products. Origami Owl is always innovating new products in order to keep up with current trends. Limited-edition items are introduced periodically and our one-of-a-kind collections will always evolve and be at the forefront of our brand. Our custom jewelry will always focus on being personal and unique to the individual.
We occasionally will update our packaging to keep our presentation current and fresh. Remember that we’re in the fashion business. Fashion is always changing and different styles are being created. Fresh new innovations in jewelry and unique one-of-a-kind pieces will always have a special place in our hearts and the hearts of our Designers.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?

- You can Join by clicking HERE and using my Designer ID # 27972 then sign for your $149 starter kit.
- Anticipate the arrival of your Business Kit.
- Kick off your new profession as an Origami Owl Designer by holding your first Origami Owl Jewelry Party!
- How will I get paid?
- Designers have the opportunity to sell products and instantly keep the profits. For commission payments and orders from the Designers e-commerce website the Designers will hold a Payquicker account and have their commission fully loaded to that account. Designers will be given their own Origami Owl Debit/Visit Card. They can use the funds or transfer them to their own bank account.
- Can I transfer or sell my Origami Owl Independent Designer Business?
- No Origami Owl does not allow for for the transfer of a business.
Because of the nature of the business each and every Independent Designer is considered an independent contractor. Because of this structure it is the responsibility of the Independent Designer to pay his or her Social Security tax and any other applicable taxes. Origami Owl does not deduct any taxes from an Independent Designers commission checks. Each year, Origami Owl will issue a form (IRS Form 1099) to each Independent Designer for the prior year’s earnings, provided they have earned at least $600.00 U.S. dollars (the lowest amount in annual compensation that must be reported to the IRS) in; incentives, override commissions, including trip incentives and other reportable earnings.
ORDERS
MAY I STILL ORDER IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?At this time, Origami Owl only accepts orders for the United States, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO. For your protection, we will not ship merchandise if we are unable to verify your billing address.
Orders shipping to U.S. Territories may only be shipped via FedEx International Priority® and may require additional business days for delivery. Likewise, orders to APO/FPO ship via USPS and may also require additional days for delivery.
We currently do not ship to Guam or Puerto Rico.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?
You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number once your order ships. If you have any questions regarding your order please don’t hesitate to contact us at customercare@origamiowl.com.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Our ordering systems are arranged in such a way as to provide immediate selection and careful packing of your jewelry order. This allows us to pick, pack and ship items with speed and accuracy. However, we understand sometimes things happen, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. Sometimes, once an order has been placed; we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations. If you put an invalid address, your order will ship to that address and be returned to the warehouse. A new shipment will have to be generated and additional ship charges will apply. With that being said, please make sure you have selected the appropriate item upon submitting your purchase.
WHAT COULD DELAY MY ORDER?
Origami Owl is committed to protecting our customer’s personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We take many precautions in verifying the security and privacy of all orders. For this reason, most items take a minimum of (1) one full business day before being approved for shipment.
ONLINE SHOPPING EXCHANGE POLICIES
Origami Owl® will politely accept exchanges from its online retail customers who entrusted them by making a purchase at origamiowl.com. To exchange an item purchased directly from an Origami Owl Independent Designer, please contact your Designer directly. If your Designer cannot be located, please call us and we will assist you with locating your nearest Origami Owl Independent Designer.
*Exchanges must include a copy of the original invoice and be in its original unused condition.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS:
Designers are responsible for handling the exchange of damaged items for their customers. Items that are damaged in transit, break prior to wearing or have a manufacturing defect and are reported to the Origami Owl Returns Center by a Designer within 30 days of shipment are eligible for exchange.
- Replacements will be processed upon our receipt of faulty or damaged jewelry or item.
- Exchanges must include a copy of the original invoice along with any original tags or packaging.
- Replacement items ship free to customers at Origami Owl’s expense.
WHERE IS ORIGAMI OWL® JEWELRY MANUFACTURED?
The unique precedence that Origami Owl is setting is that a majority of its jewelry is made by artisans in Asia. Each of our reputable suppliers has been manufacturing jewelry for many years and has been a part of stringent testing to make sure there are no unwarranted substances. We take pride in every piece we manufacture that is why we have tested our jewelry and certify that all of our items pass (CPSC) U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission testing. HOW DO I JOIN ORIGAMI OWL?
First I want to congratulate you on taking the first steps toward joining the best direct sales company in the country. I hope I can help guide you during this very important decision making process.
I really think that Origami Owl® has done a fantastic job of making this process very easy. Like many of you, I started out by doing my research. I Googled Origami Owl® the company and Origami Owl Living Lockets®. I wanted to make sure that what I was investing in was a reputable company with quality jewelry. Low and behold, I was very impressed with what I read. I then decided to research my start up costs. I started off by building my own Living Locket to see what that would cost me. As it turns out the locket I wanted to make was going to cost me about a $100 because I wanted everything on the website. So with that in mind I checked into the cost to buy the business package. Well for another $50, I could get a bunch of awesome jewelry that I might not of otherwise got, earn some extra cash to help out my children's activities fees and have an amazing time doing it. Well that seemed like a no brainer.To join Origami Owl® I suggest you first find a mentor. You want someone who is willing to dedicate some time to train you, someone with proven sales in the company, someone who is a leader, someone who shares the same goals to be successful as you and who wants her team to be successful. Make sure your mentor is a good communicator. You want to have your questions answered with in a reasonable amount of time. These are all key ingredients to having a great mentor. It didn't take me long to find an amazing mentor. My mentor Karen has helped me grow a strong team and she has made me realize my potential to be a leader. Also don't be fooled into thinking you need someone in your area. A good mentor can help you no matter where in the country you are located.
After you pick out a mentor and "interview" them, it's time to join the most AMAZING company around! This is where I start getting super excited!!! Log onto www.origamowl.com, on the top right there is a link to JOIN OUR TEAM, click on that and it will guide you step by step in the joining process.
What you will need when you go to join.
1. Your mentors I.D. Number Mine is 27972 ( the system will ask you to put this in)2. You credit card information to purchase your business package3. Your social security number
4. An email address. I suggest you create a new one just for your business email. Mine is glitzylockets@gmail.com but you could use anything that is easy to remember and to give out to your customers.
5. You will also want to think about what you want to name your replicated website. That's the site that your customers will order from. For example mine is www.glitzylocket.origamiowl.com. When this is typed in a customer is directed to my site and I will get the credit for anything they purchase. You will want to think about this before you get started because it will ask you to make a site and it's not super easy to change it once you pick one. Many people simply use their name. www.karentucci.origamiowl.com. The system will tell you if that name is already taken.
Once this process is complete you will be notified by email with a few more instructions and some information on how to set up your commissions and get your business cards.
Finally I want to encourage you to contact me as a potential mentor. I have a proven track record in sales. I have achieved top sales as a designer several months in a row. I promoted to team leader a little over a month after joining Origami Owl® and in November my team had the highest team volume, reaching over $10,000 in sales.
